This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Rockwall, TX. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes served. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, ensure customer satisfaction, and train new kitchen staff members. Qualifications Culinary skills, including menu planning and food preparation Staff management and training capabilities Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes Expertise in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a lead chef or executive chef role is preferred Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is desirable, but not required with good experience and strong references.
